HOW WE UPHOLD THESE TERMS

Data, Security and Your Account Rights

These commitments explain how milandaychart handles the obligations created by these terms — from the data we store about your account to the security measures that protect your wallet.

Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide at registration, transaction records for every UPI, Paytm and PhonePe deposit or withdrawal, and session logs required for dispute resolution and legal compliance in India.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your language and game-lobby view. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing account access.

Account Security

Your account password is hashed and never stored in plain text. We use two-factor verification for withdrawal requests above a defined threshold and flag login attempts from unrecognised devices for your review.

Data Retention

Transaction and identity records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period lapses, records are deleted from our active databases in line with our internal data schedule.

Your Right to Request Changes

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies — contact our support email with your account ID to start that process.

Who Handles Your Data

Your data is processed by milandaychart and by the payment processors that clear UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions. We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketing companies.

Frequently Asked Questions About These Terms

The questions below address the points our account holders raise most often about these terms. If your question is not covered here, our support team can help through live chat or email.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration on milandaychart. Completing registration means you have read, understood and agreed to every clause, including those covering deposits via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe.

We notify you by email and through an in-app message at least seven days before any material change takes effect. The updated version is always dated and published on this page so you can compare it with the previous edition.

You may close your account before the change takes effect and withdraw your available balance. Continuing to use the platform after the notice period is treated as acceptance of the revised terms.

Every financial movement on your account is covered — UPI deposits, Paytm wallet top-ups, PhonePe transfers, game stakes, and withdrawal requests. Each transaction is logged and can be reviewed in your account statement at any time.

Send an email to our support address with your account ID in the subject line and the words 'data request'. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and deliver the data package within the timeframe required under applicable Indian regulations.

We may suspend an account if we detect activity that breaches these terms, including multiple accounts per person, use of automated tools, or suspected fraudulent transactions. You will receive written notice explaining the reason and how to appeal.

Disputes are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where your account is registered, to the extent that local law permits. Access to and use of our platform is available only where local law allows.
